bored...wanted to add a clicky poll but it wont let me..
I am home from work today...actually at my Mom's because I had to have my windshield replaced. Needless to say I am bored and have run out of things to do. I feel like I kind of abandoned my Oct 2012 brides since the wedding. This site just isnt compatible with my phone so its hard to use. Hope everyone has been doing well!!!!!!

We're waiting to pay debt off, and hopefully have 6 months in savings. This was hopefully in 2014, but looks like I'm getting a 20% pay cut so maybe 2015.
We're waiting for...
1) me to finish up my Ph.D.
2) to settle in whatever new area we end up in (hopefully the DC area)
3) to both find jobs wherever we move to and get ourselves a bit more established in our careers
We'll probably start trying in 2 years or so
We are waiting for H's pre-me debt to be paid off and we want to be married a year before we start trying. I went off the pill for medical reasons, and we haven't been awesome about prevention, but we've been lucky so far.
We are waiting for H to get a new job that will be local, as soon as he is settled in the job we will start trying (approx. 6 months at a new job). H isnt actively looking and at this point it seems like it will be at least another 2 years before he will start really looking. H is a truck driver and due to new regulations he cannot switch companies because of his early years at his company where he had several accidents (nothing big and none on his actual Driving Record but his company keeps the record which screws him out of a new job each time).
I would also like a new job or at least a promotion at my current job before we started to try, but with this federal drama its impossible for either to happen.
Pregnant with #2 due may 29th! We have a 21 month old son and this baby is a girl
This was a big surprise as my nuvaring failed but a happy one!! I thought I couldn't have kids and now I'll have 2!!

We're waiting probably around 3 more years. Some of the reasons:
1) We currently live with a roommate until possibly August. I want us to have a couple of years on our own, although our roommate pressures us to get pregnant all of the time!
2) Neither of us have good jobs. Mine is technically in my career field, but I essentially make minimum wage. That and I'm no longer sure I want this to be my career field. Considering other options now. H isn't in his career field at all, but is actively looking.
3) We want time to travel and just be us for a while without kids. Both of our parents were married for about 5-7 years before having babies. We don't want to wait that long, but we do want to wait. I want to start before I'm 30.
Pregnant already, due 7/6, anxiously waiting for my appt on Wed to make sure the baby is healthy and boy/girl
A little back story, H and I have been together for over 7 years, bought a house 2 years ago, etc etc
In 2010 i was diagnosed with PCOS bc for the last idk how many years my periods were never regular and I refused to take BCP bc my migraine medicine decreased the effect of it so i would always have to use a back up. I was put on Metformin and since then i got my period like clockwork and my hormones regulated and my cholesterol went back to normal, it was at a point where it was just going up and i watched everything i ate and went to the gym almost everyday (i know its in your genes) but it was pissing me off.
So we basically started trying the night of our wedding and I feel blessed that it worked as i was so worried the PCOS would stand in the way!
We are going to wait a couple years at least. I'm not working right now so I'll have to get a job and build up a good nest egg before we even start thinking about TTC. We just bought a house and ar
