As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Well....
I was just "laid off". I can't say I didn't see this coming but I'm still a little shocked. Guess I'll have to step up my job search.

They don't have to. They're small enough to get around FMLA or any state laws. They apply to companies of 50+ employees. My firm isn't anywhere close to 50+.
Its a blessing in disguise though. I could not have been more unhappy there. I needed the push to really start looking for a new job.
That happened to me both times I had my kids, and after my surgeries last year. Last year was the first time they didn't call me later that week & say, "Just kidding!"
