Recent Builders

Once they actually started building the structure, how long did it take before your house was under roof?  We had our wood delivered yesterday and in talking with the foreman today he said it would be up and under roof in 3 days.

I thought that sounded super fast, but it thrills me!

Re: Recent Builders

  • That sounds right actually, however our wood sat on our lot for a while. But once they started framing, it was only a few days before we were under roof, and another day or so before the roof was shingled.
  • Same here - it was slightly less than a week. it goes up FAST! They want to get the roof on and windows & doors in so they can lock everything inside and not have to lug it around!
