I just read your blog....WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON?!?!?!?!
I am so sorry you have had just a miserable week. I had a friend who had mastitis before and she said the exact same thing you did. The most pain she had experienced, and she had a natural child birth.
Did you tell your job/company to shove it where the sun don't shine? I can't even believe they called you on your maternity leave! That takes nerve. There are not a lot of words for their crassness. On the other hand....you seemed completely stressed at that job, so I'm hoping you find something now that you will enjoy and provide you with a lot less stress.
I think you def. need to post on the WTF post this week....you deserve it!

Holy crap! So sorry that you're going through all that! I can't believe they'd call you while you were on mat leave. That takes a special kind of @$&!
I hope your recovery is speedy and you aren't in pain for too much longer! Give teddy and hug and pet murph! They'll help cheer you up!!! Also know that we're here for you!!!
I read this late last night and came unglued! I can't believe that this seriously takes nerve. Also I would think this would be discrimination unless of course they let others go and then I remembered you work for lawyers and was like well there goes that idea.
Snuggle with Teddy for us all!!! And sorry you have had so much pain lately hope you are feeling better you are braver than me. There is no way I could have handled any of that.
Also here's something else that will cheer you up I hope. So in our house I am not the only person who loves your blog. H now has me ready them out loud every time you post a new one. He thinks they are hilarious!!!

About my job ... Yea I'm pretty livid. I've been in talks with another firm but this still took me a little by surprise. I was super stressed working there. The overtime is crazy, the appreciation is non-existent and the morale couldn't be worse. I just couldn't believe that they called while I'm still on leave - for a baby that they yet to acknowledge and made very clear while I was pregnant that they were less than thrilled about. Sigh....
About the mastitis ... This is awful. Seriously. I wouldn't wish this on anyone.
Now...here's to hoping for a better ending to the week! Lol
You seem like you are kind of ready to just say adios! I would after all they seemingly put you through and now this. I simply don't understand people's lack of character sometimes. I think we were all livid right along with you. If you want....I'm pretty sure the "nesties" could/would fight right along with you! Unbelievable........
I'm hoping the pain is subsiding some for you and your healing now. I can't imagine how much it must have hurt. It sounds just awful.
I am hoping you have a wonderful V day and just relax and ENJOY your time at home. I know you will have another job before you know it. Your spirit and enthusiasm are contagious!
