If you have a shower coming up, what do you plan to wear? If you're an already mommy or have already had your shower, what did you wear?
Re: PIP your shower outfit!
I'm thinking one of these...
DH likes the second one better, but I kind of like the first one. I haven't tried either of them on yet. I want to wait until closer to the date (April 27) since my belly will explode between now and then.
Thanks! I think I'm more excited to get a new pair of heels than the dress, lol! DSW has some adorable spring heels out right now!!!
I LOVE the first dress!!!
I had three showers and these are two of the outfits I wore (obviously bump pics, not from actual showers....

Cute!
I was thIsclose to buying the second dress, however!!!!!! I worried about people seeing up my dress while opening gifts.
(I was glad to be in capris, but I'm a big girl & I was HOT).
Both are great!
i was going to wear this:

but i was so damn swollen in the feet that i couldn't bear to have my feet seen. they were that bad. my sister had sent over a bunch of long dresses that weren't maternity but that she had worn during her pregnancy. i ended up wearing the dress she had worn at her shower. and i wore polka dot flip flops because when i tried to wear strappy sandals my fat feet were not having it. i was a hot mess. this is me at my shower:
i didn't love the dress on me, but i guess it worked. i couldn't wear a bra because it didn't fit and i didn't have a strapless. it was literally a last minute change of outfit. i spent all morning trying to get my feet under control but they had been a mess all week that had been slowly spiraling out of control. someone at the shower asked to see them and they laughed at me when i lifted the dress. bleh.
I think you looked great! Oy, I hope I can fit my feet into heels. I'll have to keep swelling in mind, though and get something that could go with flip flops if it comes down to that!

I'm having my first shower at home this weekend. I'm going to take both of these and see which one I like better once I get there. I have a white cardi for the first one.

Oh, I like them both!
This was my shower outfit. I had a long sleeved black sweater dress that I was planning to wear, but it was unseasonably warm for November so I went with the short sleeved shirt. I was so glad I did!
I liked my outfit- its just a regular dress I bought at walmart. I paired it with some braided white flip flops. I can't seem to find a picture of myself from the side.
**POOF**
II'll like delete this in a bit!
Congrats to my TTC buddies Amberley18 and tdmd09!
After 25 months- medicated cycles and a failed IUI- The most planned surprise baby ever is on his way!
I had 3 showers - one was a surprise, so I was literally just wearing a green t-shirt and jeans haha. Here are pics from the other two.
Shower with DH's side
Shower with my friends (I don't have a picture with less people in it, lol)
I wore this to my shower my mom had. sorry for those that have seen these on FB.
And this to Chris's families I wore a Maternal America dress but I can't find what folders I put the pics...
I did wear heels to both
