Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

iPhone users-question about pic messaging
Does anyone else have trouble sending/receiving pictures? I can send/receive texts with no issue, but it's very rare that I can get a picture to go through (and I know I'm not receiving any that have been sent) I've been trying some solutions listed online, but none are working for me 
I just wanted to see if anyone had a simple solution that I'm missing before I sit on the phone with customer service during my lunch break.

Emmy - I'd not even waste my time with your service carrier and would instead just run over to the apple store in Ross Park Mall and see if they can look at it at their genius bar... good luck!
