Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

haha i totally thought you meant the channel NBC, like maybe you were on tv or something. i had to look through the sidebar to figure out which board you guys were actually talking about.
i hope you get some relief for your PPD! don't hesitate to call and get some zoloft-it's safe for BF'ing and does a world of good. it really, really does. many of us have had PPD issues and it's nothing to mess with. you could feel so much better. i called so incredibly soon and fought with my dr to get an RX before my 6 week PP appt because i didn't want to waste any time missing out on enjoying my time with my baby and i was already starting to lose time to the dark side of PPD and i wasn't happy about it. good luck!!
I'm glad E is doing so well, and I really hope you start feeling like yourself again.
I've read a total of 3 books so far this year. This exhaustion business is no joke!
