My rainbow baby is here!
It's a girl! Morgan Caroline arrived on Friday the 15th, also her late grandfather's birthday.
She arrived via a scheduled C-section due to presentation (consistently breech and never flipped). I was pretty freaked out for the entire surgery, but obviously made it through. The moment that the OB pulled the baby out and asked my DH to look at the baby was wonderful, it made all the waiting to find out the gender worth it. I will never forget my husband saying "we have a daughter!"
DH and I are both over the moon. She is such a good baby and nursing is going really well. I am feeling less pain from the C/S every day, and should be going home later today.
It is so hard to believe that this time last year I was heartbroken over my second miscarriage, and now I am holding my little girl. My heart is bursting with happiness now. 
)
