**CPM**

I don't know if they did this before, but now there's also a "Simply Filling" WW plan. You don't track any of the foods on the following list and anything else comes out of your extra weekly points.

I thought I'd suggest it as it might be easier tracking-wise without officially joining weight watchers again.

Let me know if you want anymore info!

  • Yay! Here's the official blurb from the WW page. The new weekly allowance is 49pts+, I'm not sure what it was with the old system.

    What?s the Simply Filling Technique?

We created the Simply Filling technique for those times when you don?t want to track your food. To follow it, you eat from the list of satisfying Power Foods, and you don?t need to track any of them. You?ll also have 2 teaspoons of healthy oils (olive oil, canola, sunflower, safflower or flaxseed) each day without counting the PointsPlus? values.

You can use the Simply Filling technique for a day, a couple of days, or all the time, depending on what works for you. Eat portions that feel right for you. Not so much that you feel too full, and not too little that you still feel hungry.

You?ll still enjoy a weekly PointsPlus Allowance with the Simply Filling technique, and have room to treat yourself with food that is not on the Power Foods list. Just remember to track those items, and stay within your weekly allowance. You can also continue to earn, and swap, activity PointsPlus values.
