If you cook with quinoa....
What brand do you use and what is your favorite recipe? I'd like to start eating quinoa but I've read not all brands are created equal. I've pinned a couple recipes on pinterest that I think I might even convince the kids to eat.
Re: If you cook with quinoa....
I get the big bag from Costco.
Turkey quinoa meatloaf: http://m.allrecipes.com/recipe/213211/turkey-and-quinoa-meatloaf
I also make stuffed peppers and just sub half the rice for quinoa
I make this recipe subbing quinoa for rice and it's a big hit: http://www.skinnytaste.com/2009/05/shrimp-peas-and-rice.html
I also make this, but I'd call it more 'cheesy quinoa' versus the cheesy quinoa mac n cheese. If you're looking for mac n cheese, this doesn't quite hit the mark, but it's still good: http://aroundthetableri.blogspot.com/2012/02/cheesy-quinoa-mac-cheese.html
Thanks for all the recipes! I didn't realize they sold it at Costco. I'm sure it's way more cost effective to get it there.
