WTF H - I love you to death, but you are THE WORST with money/finances! How do you forget about a CC and not update your address so we can actually get the bill? Now they are holding our state refund hostage until YOU call, because of course they won't talk to me. (it's a military card, thus why they can hold our refund). Our federal refund better be ok, since we're suppose to get it tomorrow. I've pulled up your credit report to make sure there's no more surprises. I should have done that last year...

WTF Taxi Insurance company? I missed 3 months of work and was laid up all summer in 2011. Then you tell me my case has no merit because I didnt break any bones? Anxiety attacks, doctors appointments, MRI's, being forced to use vacation time I didnt have to, the pain of recovery and my case has no merit? Your cab driver was neglegtful of the 5 other people he was responsible for and almost killed us all and now I am the one still suffering.
Now I have to start all over with a NY attorney. People have been given way more than I have requested for a simple slip and fall.
Also, there were $1200 in hospital bills that you never paid that is now showing up on my CREDIT REPORT!!! I am trying to buy a new house and this is on my credit report!!!!

WTF for sure! What does your Atttorney say?! Can you pay the bills to get them off your report, or set up a payment plan until you get paid. AHHH this makes me angry for you! I have the legal system AND the insurance system!!!!!
They arent my bills to pay. The insurence company should have paid them 2 years ago. There is no way in h3ll I am paying them. I have a credit repair company looking into it for me since they arent my responsibility. The hospital didnt even have my social security number to send anything to collections. How it even got on there, i will never know. Unless they figured, oh hey this is the only Jill S in this region, lets put it on hers. Every bill and notice I got from them I forward them straight to the insurence company like they requested. I did my part. Now they are effing me over.
My attorney is stuck right now because the insurance adjuster is a real a-hole (words of my attorney) so he is colaberating with a NYC attorney thinking we need more local representation.

Well - looks like we will not be getting our state refund, and we still owe $500. I want to be SO MAD at Jeff, but he's already upset at himself... and furloughs have been sent to congress, so I'm pretty sure I'm getting 20% pay cut starting end of April. can't.get.ahead!
WTF- SIL...I hate that whenever I am upset or vent about something, she turns it around to be about her and her problems. If she doesn't care then don't ask!!

And I just got our federal return - $500. Well, at least it's paid for right?!
The only vacation we can afford is a bath and a bottle of wine. Which will be me tonight!
Well we are going to NC for Lilly's birthday in April. And getting the kids a week in the summer. We have day trips scheduled.
