My cousin
So, my cousin is a sophmore at Vanderbilt University. He decided to try out as a walk on for their football team a few weeks ago. He has never played football, other than backyard football.
Well, he made the cut to enter spring training! According to DH, there will still be more cuts made after spring training (and DH thinks it's crazy that an SEC school would take him as a walk on with no experience - so he doesn't think there's any way he'll make it...). But, my cousin is so excited!
He sent me a text this morning at 5:30am that said "En route to my first practice! Never been this awake at this time before!"
I'm happy for him!! And also - I'm a huge Packer fan. And Rodger's little brother is Vanderbilt's QB. My cousin needs to get the inside scoop and find me some tickets next to Aaron!!
