Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Re: Weightloss Wednesday
I've been sick since Wednesday. I ended up sleeping 14 hours Friday night! I'm finally feeling better, so maybe I can hit the gym tomorrow!
I'm doing ok this week. I went to the gym Saturday and Monday. I was going to go yesterday, but I had to help my mom with something and then I had a migraine which put me in bed for the rest of the day. I am going to go to the gym in a few.
My eating hasn't been terrible, but hasn't been great. It is an improvement though!
I have a new plan. I am going to just focus on cardio until I am at my target weight, then go to weights and such to tone up. On a positive note, I haven't run in months and on Monday, I began to run for one song, then it turned into 2 and all of a sudden, I ran 2 miles straight! I've never done that before. I was really proud of myself.
