I've decided to sign up for WW online....I made my decision last night because although I'd love to do it myself and hold myself accountable, it's just not going to happen. I need to be controlled by the WW gods!

It works out better cost wise for me to do online vs. going to meetings since it's approx $10-12 per meeting plus the closest place is about 15 minutes away so theres the added expense for gas. And online is $56-ish for three months, then 18.95 for each additional month.

I also am on my phone or computer almost all the time so I can keep track of everything while I'm on the go!

I'm planning on signing up this Saturday when I'm home and have time to read through the material and hopefully I can get some good grocery shopping in before the snow comes!

I'm already thinking about making the 0 point soup on Sunday while I'm stuck inside!

  • AWESOME!! I was never able to keep myself accountable. I even tried the MyFitnessPal app which will track your calories, but that didn't work for me and I didn't lose any weight. When I joined WW I lost 10lbs like it was nothing and it's really kept me motivated!

I find doing it online is REALLY easy, especially with the mobile app. Make sure you download the scanner app too. I use it all the time in the grocery store, especially if I'm looking for a new snack! There's another app for the iPad, but I don't have an iPad, so I can't comment on it.

I highly recommend loading up on fruits and veggies as (with a few exceptions) they're now 0 points! They were a lifesaver when I first started and was adjusting to the points and would be hungry at the end of the day.

If you want to send me your email I've started keeping track of all the WW recipes H & I really like and I can send it to you.

And if you ever feel like you miss the meetings feel free to message me here or on Facebook!

  • Ya I'm just going to accept the fact that unless I'm paying someone (WW) to monitor me, I don't actually do as well as I should.

I'll look into the scanner app.

My biggest issue is fruits and veggies Embarrassed so I just need to try harder to get them in. Plus if they're 0 points, why not eat them!

I'll PM you my email. Thanks so much!!
