I had a surprise internal last night. I wasn't expecting one until NEXT week... so was not prepared in anyway that you would normally prepare for an internal!!! Talk about embarrassing! Luckily I had a pedicure the night before, so my legs were shaved. At least I had that and pretty toes! I apologized to the doctor, LoL.
But... I'm 1cm dilated. Not too exciting.
I'm due 3/7, so I'm just feeling like I will be one of those 40 week+ people now that it's so close. Work is rough... my feet are huge and swollen. It's very glamorous!!
I will definitely try to let you guys know and/or post some pics as soon as I can get back on. After working all the way up until I go into labor... I'm very much looking forward to 12 weeks off!
Didn't we have a few honeymoon babies? What happened to those ladies?
Someone had won one of the superlatives for first to get KU. I just can't think of who... ?
Glad to hear you're doing well. I wouldn't even think about internal exams and needing to shave/etc. I think you should go for a due date pedicure if you're not in labor yet
Are you on your feet all day at work, or is it just uncomfortable because you're so swollen?
And I know there were some ladies who got pg right away, but I don't think they made the move over to here from TK.

I sit at a desk all day, which makes it even worse. I found a stool in the office of a guy who is always traveling so I had someone snatch it for me to prop my feet up. Doesn't really help.
But other than the feet, my back is in bad shape.
