Just an FYI... I had a blockage/clogged duct that wouldn't go away. Well, it got infected and turned into mastitis and antibiotics wouldn't help and it turned into an abscess. I had an ultrasound on Friday and they said it was 3 inches in diameter. I ended up having to have surgery yesterday and the surgeon said this is the worst one he's ever seen and it was a lot bigger than they originally thougjt. TMI, but they got about a coke can full of pus out of it. They can't suture it up because it will just get infected again, so I have to have an open wound that needs to be packed with gauze every 12 hours. Could take over a month to fully heal.
