Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I am in that awkward stage where I have declined a promotion at my current job to accept a new job at a different place and I'm waiting for the background check to clear and paperwork to be final but all of management and half the staff know my intentions to leave.... oh and I'm going to a statewide industry conference for the next 3 days where people are going to talk about what they want me to do in my current positions for them over the next year.
Ahhhhhhhh just let me know I have the job and a start date so I can give notice!
And I'd like to say- I know I'm in an awesome position and I love that there is change on the horizon and this is a totally enviable position. But it's still awkward ;-)
