Lower Graduate Hospital area?
Can anyone tell me about the lower grad hosital area? SIL is thinking about taking a nursing position at Jefferson, and is looking at housing in the area. She found a place on Craigslist at 22nd and Wharton that seems nice.
Any thoughts?
Re: Lower Graduate Hospital area?
No.
one this isn't lower grad hospital it is point breeze. Not even newbold.
Okay, she described it as lower graduate hospital -- I know nothing about the area.
So your no is a "no, I wouldn't suggest living there"?
I don't think she's going to be working nights, but I'll confirm.
Yeah. I would stick to the other side of Washington ave if she wants grad hospital. That are no matter what a developer is calling it is point breeze. I'm sure the house is a nice flip. They are all flips over there. But I would never suggest that area as nice.
I wouldn't go past 18th.
Thank you!
Thanks, Esyn!
Ditto esyn and lachute. I would suggest as close to south a possible if she is looking b/n 16th and , say 22,23. That said i am sure it isnt much of a secret that my block of 16th and Bainbridge and a few surrounding contributed to our desire to move.
how about wash west?
