Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Any warm thoughts are welcome at this time. I've mentioned it rarely, but my father is currently incarcerated and was sentenced to 13.5 years last Friday. He has made his own choices and now has to deal with them and I am not saying he should not be serving time, but it is tough to think about in terms of milestones. H and I will be married for 14ish years by the time he is up for release. We'll probably have tween children. It is just a strange thought. We've been dealing well, but today local media got a hold of the story and is is everywhere including on MSN. My Mom says people have been gossiping about it at her office today, which just opens old wounds. We're just waiting for it to boil over.
Some of the charges my dad is facing is due to abuse in the family. My mother and him are divorced and our relationship is rocky, but it is still tough on the family. Send me some good knottie vibes. Today has been a weird day...
