I agree, I'm anxious to see what will happen even though H thinks it will happen. He said though that in the past they have back paid people for the days not worked. Fingers crossed it doesnt happen.

Seriously? What is wrong with you?? I get phone calls at work that you are being defiant and argumentative with your teacher? Not acceptable, EVER!!
She was so upset when she called me, that she was out of breath. This teacher is strict with him and does not shake easily, so I know he sent her over the edge.
Tonight we are having a come to Jesus meeting and come hell or high water, this is stopping, NOW.
That was for emergency furloughs - Gov't shutdowns... way different. We were told since it's going through congress (Adminsitrative Furlough) with the 30 day notice (mid March), we will not get back leave. Only hope we have now since Obama isn't meeting with people until Friday, is something gets passed before 27 Mar when the continuing resolution expires...
Ugh, with their track record I have a feeling nothing will get done. This is so frustrating! Thankfully we dont live paycheck to paycheck but being a one income family 20% pay cut can set us back a lot.
Yea, we may be a 2 income family, but I bring in 70% of it. Jeff's income isn't set per week so it could be amazing one week, and not so good the next. I have our budget set for the low to average amount.
A plus is we get 3 pays in May so I can put aside some $ for when we get the kids, and Jeff has 3 of the 5 months getting paid 5 weeks instead of 4. That will break us even those months and I set aside $ for the other 2.
I can seriously bring him to work with me. As long as you promise not to press charges against any of the kids that beat him up, I can teach him that he's not that tough and that there are kids way more defiant and argumentative than him! Lol. Good luck girl.
I would love to take you up on that one. While I know he can hold his own against adults, the kids would break him very quickly. Its not kids he has an issue with its adults.
There is a kid down the street that curses at his mother and Chase is totally appauled by it. I said, by you talking to me the way you do, its just as disrepectful as if you cursed at me. Once i put it into that kind of perspective i could see the light go on in his head that "yeah, maybe I am wrong."
We are bumping his meds up today per doctors orders so please keep your fingers crossed we have a good day. Last time we did this he was dipped into a total depression.
