Found out...
...what the chemical/ hospital smell at the school is. It is the soundproof insulation used in the audio and video studios. It took them a year and a half to figure this out. Supposedly they installed it wrong or something and thats why its making such a noxious odor. Then they have been "working" on fixing the problem for 3 months. By fixing I mean they have not done any actual physical work to solve the problem. Rumor has it they will be correcting the insulation problem after this quarter ends. I really think that even after they fix the insulation there will still be a smell that lingers for some time. It is so strong and sticks to everything!

Glad they figured it out.. and hopefully it gets fixed soon! We sometimes get weird smells at the office - it does give you such a headache!
