Austin, TX no longer has plastic bags in stores. Have to bring your reusable totes/ bags for your shopping needs.

Today is my first Friday off on my new work schedule
I'll have three day weekends when I don't work the weekend. It's pretty nice.
We're getting our taxes done this weekend. I'm trying to find all of our paperwork and make sure we have everything in order. I hate trying to find everything. I'm pretty organized with all of the paperwork, but I always feel like I'm forgetting something.

I'm so done with work. I'm trying so hard to be productive but it is SO hard. I also don't want to get too far into the middle of something just to leave it. Plus... they're changing my sales territory when I get back from my leave, so I REALLY don't want to get involved with things that will NOT be mine when I get back.
Everyone at my level has a meeting on Tuesday with my boss and his boss. Is it bad that I'm hoping I go into labor before Tuesday just so that I don't have to attend this?!
I'd be trying anything/everything to induce labor, haha.

My news is H got a full time job! We moved here back in July and he's been interviewing and had a temp job that sucked for about a month. It's in the field he wants to be in. He had a full time job up north, but it was in banking and he has an accounting degree.
It's nice we will finally be settled into a 'real' life where we're both working and we were both able to (finally) get jobs in our fields of study down here.
And selfishly, I'm glad to have some money again. It will also be easier to get up for work since H will be getting up too. It was always WAY too tempting to hop back into bed when he was sleeping :P

Yay for DH! That must be a good feeling. I don't think it's selfish at all to be excited about the financial stability. In this day and age, that is really important.
I know what you mean about wanting to crawl back into bed, too. DH gets up after me every day unless I'm running late, so I always see him snuggled in bed and have to walk out the door. Not fair at all.
