Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Toning Tuesday
My awesome streak ended. I haven't went since Wednesday! I plan to go tonight... unless the weather is already getting bad... or I can talk H into going and driving me.

I did week 4, day 1 of C25K yesterday in Banning Park. My legs absolutely hate me today.
I saw a 6 minute ab video on one of my favorite blogs, so I might do that today.
