Rants: H is FINALLY done with his 4 week training and is coming home tonight!
Raves: None this week was going by so slow I'm just excited that it's Friday!
WP: Tonight we're just hanging in and then tomorrow we're going away for a night. I am really looking forward to some quality time with H. Sunday we'll grab breakfast and head home. Not sure what the rest of the day will look like as H will have to get used to his new overnight schedule.
Rants: H not wroking has seriously been draining our bank account. Thank goodness my mom owes us money and he has been doing some side jobs this week. That should at least give us like an extra paycheck this week.
Raves: It's Friday which means I can sleep in tomorrow! It also means I get off work early today!!
Weekend Plans: Not sure what H and I will do tonight. Tomorrow I am going to try and clean up the house some. The kitchen needs to be picked up and then we are going to start cleaning out the "junk" room which will become the nursery. Sunday we are going to my dads to tell him and my step mom the good news.
Plans: Tonight, H's parents are taking us out to eat for our birthday (Our birthday is on Monday). Tomorrow, we're going to visit my parents and brother to celebrate my dad's birthday (and ours). Again, we'll be going out to eat, having some cake, and all that good stuff. On Sunday we're meeting with our realtor and looking at houses (fingers crossed that one of them will be good enough to become our home!). H and I might go out to eat again for our birthday, just the 2 of us... but we'll likely wait until Monday and go out on our actual b-day.
So to sum that all up: Birthday celebrations and house hunting... all day, every day
Raves: Birthday weekend! Woohoo!
Rants: I'm annoyed by the snow outside. Last year at this time, it was 70 degrees out (I remember because it was the weekend of my bridal shower and it was absolutely beautiful outside). I'm hoping this is the last of the snow for the season. I am soooo ready for Spring and warm weather.
I always read these posts....but never really post, because quite frankly after coming home from work on Friday afternoon I'm just too mentally spent to type anything. But I'm off today, so here goes! =]
Rants: Working wayyyyy too much recently. Long story short, my boss hired another associate on a whim last summer. I had strong feelings very early on that it wasn't going to work out. I was right, associate got fired a few weeks ago, and he's asked me to pick up some extra hours (which I stupidly agreed to). Not only am I working more hours, I'm working extra hard while I am there because they are cramming wayyyyyy too many patients in my schedule! Just ugh.
Raves: This weekend is my one 3-day weekend I get every month! Woohoo. I'm having my hair done today (going from red back to my normal blonde), and then we're going to dinner and to see Bill Burr (a comedian) tonight. Then we are actually going out tomorrow night (rare for us these days!) and I get to see my closest friends, who I have not seen since NYE!
We also got our tax return back, and because of a withholding error on my part, got a huge return. I've kind of been geeking out logging onto my online banking just to look at the numbers...I've never had anywhere NEAR that amount of money in my bank account! Or rather, our bank account I suppose =]

Other weekend time will probably just be relaxing, cleaning the house, and finishing my damn fireplace project.
Beth: Yay for your H coming back home! Have a great trip!
Ashley: So exciting that you're telling people your baby news! Are you doing it in any special way?
Sam: I can't wait to see your finished fireplace! I know it's taken longer than you wanted, but I'm sure it's going to be beautiful!
WEEKEND PLANS: not a lot planned in our neck of the woods. Working too many hours as well so just going to try to enjoy a couple days of peace and quite before the next round! I have my self defense class tomorrow and lunch with my mom. Sunday I think my H has some house projects planned.
RANTS: The crazy hours I have been working for the past month are really starting to catch up with me. When clients call and ask what I think are some seriously brain dead questions I find myself getting irritated. Not only working crazy hours, but I'm salary, so I don't even get $'s for these hours. Yuck!
RAVES: I got an email from my little sister this morning with a confirmation of flights they booked. SOOOOOO excited to see my sister and BIL and my niece and nephew. H and I haven't seen them since Sept. so I cannot contain my little girl excitement. I have to wait 3 MONTHS!!!! yah
Rants: I was unusually grumpy this week.... Everything was making me mad... It was ridiculous. I'm gonna blame pm'd.
Raves: I'm not at work and h and I just finished the best Ikea trip ever! We got one of their wardrobe systems. I'm so excited to get home and get it set up!
weekend plans: hubbY and I have gone away for the weekend! Shopping galore!
just finished ikea, then were off to a couple other awesome malls today and tomorrow! Hubby doesn't like to shop much so when I can get him to go and not complain about it it's awesome! I can't wait to get home to set up our stuff!
