I need recs for a couple of things, please:
1. Cleaning lady. In less than 2 weeks our cabinets will be installed and our kitchen will be out of the living room and dining room, which means the dust will be over. I just need a crew to come in once and get rid of all the dust. It's EVERYWHERE and I can not do it. Also, do they come with all their own stuff or do I have to provide anything?
2. A good place to get a couples massage. Obviously mine has to be for pregnant peeps. But DH has been working his @ss off on the kitchen and I'm just large so we want to go relax somewhere.
3. Lastly, We want to go on a date to a restaurant we probably wouldn't bring kids to. One last hurrah I guess? It can be anywhere. We're in Glenside so somewhere in a 20ish minute radius?. I'm a little picky in that I don't like seafood or really unique things. I'm more basic, DH will eat ANYTHING.
Thank you if you can help on any of these things.
My little nuggets
Re: My very needy post
1. Sorry, no help here. I did notice there is a Merry Maids located right near The Union Jack so maybe call and ask about rates/references?
2. I had a bunch of prenatal massages at Massage Envy and I know they do couples massages. There's one in Jenkintown (near Whole Foods) and Montgomeryville (near Iron Hill). You have to tell them you want a prenatal massage (bc only certain therapists do it) and they want a note from your doc saying it's ok. If you go to J-town, ask for a female therapist for you. Not sure if he's still there, but there was a guy that was certified for prenatal massages and he was nice but his techniques were terrible.
3. Augusto's in Warminster is a really, really nice place. Great food, BYO, smaller and quiet (no kids). Have to make reservations.

We've been to the Freight House!
Restaurants can also be in Center City.

I will look into this. The note from the dr is annoying but I can look past that haha.

I know, I guess it's just a liability issue. They didn't even look at it when they jammed it into my folder.
Oh, and I see Tonia and really like her but not sure if she does prenatals. But she'd be good for Eric if not.

1. No help there, but if you find someone and they come out my way, let me know.
2. I've been to Rapunzels, and it was amaaaaaaaazing. They offer pregnancy massages. Mr.Beagle has liked his massages there, I'm sure The Dude would too. And they offer coupons and specials all the time.
3. R2L, The Farmers Cabinet (not really fancy fancy, but delicious, and I didn't see kids there), Blackfish.
I don't know if they cover your area but we used to love EcoMaids. Very, very thorough, & they bring their own supplies (method brand). They don't cover Ardmore, otherwise we'd still use them.
No recs for a massage...
For dinner I think you should do center city! My favorite little italian byo is cucina forte, their gnocchi is the best. I've been also wanting to try talullahs garden, it's on my list for my b-day in a couple months.
No rec on the cleaning lady -I dont think the one we use at my work would go out your way, unfortuantely. She's awesome.
Massage - I just had my prenatal this weekend at Millennium in Wynnewood and I didnt need a note. It was wonderful! I hope you can get one.
Dinner out - 2nd Talulah's Garden!
