This happened a minute from where we're currently living (which is not at all a bad area). Our neighbor was there last night, but left at 10:30.

That is so scary! It's especially scary that he was reported to have had 4 guns, when he was someone who is barred from owning a gun. I feel like it's only a matter of time before I actually witness a random shooting.
