it's a little device/tubing you put in the baby's bum to relieve their gas.

It is gross. Hands down, no question about it. But it can turn a baby screaming in pain to a happy baby in 5 seconds. Ah-mazing.

do you have to use your mouth like with the nosefrida, or is it just hte insertion that's gross?
I'm half horrified, but I have a gassy baby and that inconsolable screamy is also horrifying, so I'm half-intrigued too.
