Mon- grilled salmon, frozen veggie, Uncle Ben's wild rice in the pouch that I am obsessed with
Tues- NY Strip steaks, roasted broccoli with lemon, baked parmesean potatoes
Wed- shrimp scampi and salad
Thurs- Giada's balsamic drumsticks, string bean marinara, and a starch of sorts
Fri- ??
Sat- out to dinner

Well we still don't have a stove so last night we grilled sausage and I made a pound of pasta at my SIL's house so we'd have left overs.
Tonight we're going to grill turkey burgers and probably just have salad.
Wed & Thurs I'm not sure.
Friday - dinner at friends house.
My little nuggets
Sunday: bunless hamburgers and baked purple potato chips. I made ham, cheese and asparagus muffins for the kiddo for daycare lunches this week. He had one of those since I have to sneak him meat.
Monday: I promised DH I'd make him mushroom bacon soup. I'll likely have cereal or something since I'm feeling a little off today.
Tuesday: salads
W - F: ?
Tonight- Chicken, baked sweet potatoes, and salad
Tuesday- Pork Chops, apple sauce, stuffing, salad and a vegetable that I pull from the freezer
Wednesday- We usually go out to dinner, but I really want to limit this to week ends only.
Thursday- Steak, mashed potatoes, salad and a vegetable from the freezer
Friday- Pizza
Saturday- Out
Sunday- Parent's house
Last night--Pasta at my mom's house
Tonight--out to dinner
Tomorrow--Lemon chicken and rice
Wednesday--Pasta salad with random veggies that are sitting in my fridge that need to be used up
Thursday--Zucchini caprese sandwiches, salad
Friday, Saturday--??
Are these from the CSA? I made baked fries out of them and they were so good.
BTW, what the heck are you doing with all the turnips???

Yes! I was going to make baked fries too but 1) I found my mandolin, lol and 2) the chips (in theory) cooked faster
I made a lot of soups with the turnips. I can't keep up with the amount of radishes and salad greens we keep getting!
I keep making these Weelicious.com carrot sticks with all of the carrots. V LOVES them.
Those french breakfast radishes are really good sliced thin with goat cheese on a piece of good bread.
You think you are getting a lot of greens now, wait until the spring share starts!
I liked most of them with exception to the mustard greens - too spicy/bitter for me.
Those carrot sticks look awesome, I'm totally keeping that recipe.

Last night we had fettucine with asparagus and ham, italian bread and salad
Tonight is oven BBQ chicken with rice and mixed veg
Wed - crab cakes with corn and mac and cheese
Thurs - hamburger pie
Fri - I am going to Distrito with the moms from my block
Sat - order out or leftovers
Sun - hopefully grilling chicken and burgers, we are having family over for Charlie's birthday. If not I might just order sandwiches

We are awful at cooking and planning. We are lucky if we don't do takeout on any given night.
Last night: bratwurst, baked beans and polenta (yes I know it's a clusterf** but it's what we had around the house)
Tonight: cheeseburger casserole
Wed: This stuff with chicken breast and whole wheat spaghetti with a salad. http://www.amazon.com/Campbells-Skillet-Sauces-Toasted-9-Ounce/dp/B008VT6DDK
Thurs: I have a meeting from 7-10, so probably fend for yourself
Friday: takeout
Saturday: out for dad's birthday
Sunday: I have no clue.
