Hey ladies! I go back to work on April 1. I will be working every Monday, and once or twice a month I'll work an additional wed/thur. Currently E eats about every 2-2.5 hours during the day. I'm not sure how I should start pumping for work. Should I pump right after our first morning session? I don't really want to pump in the middle of the night. And I have some milk frozen already. How do I use the frozen milk and the new milk? Should I start with my oldest milk and freeze whatever new milk I pump? I tried to look on Kellymom but it really talks more about actually pumping at work, not about how to start and add in a session before you go back to work. Thanks!

How much do you have in the freezer? I have a similar work schedule as you, and I haven't had to add any extra sessions-- I just pump while I'm away from LO on those days and that is the milk I use next time. Since you are going to be away
I know one woman who pumps one side in the AM while her LO nurses on the other side. I would pump at whatever time is convenient for you. Often women have a higher supply in the AM so that is often a good time.
I have head of some women mixing ol
