Substitute for Savings Bond
We have a christenig this weekend and I had ASSUMED Id run to the bank today and get a savings bond. Then I discovered that savings bonds are now issued online only and require a ssn, treasury account number etc which is highly annoying. Do you have any thoughts of a similar type gift that could be acquired swiftly and is appropriate for a baptism?
I got a print on ETSY that I plan to frame (I need to buy the frame still) but I also wanted to get something less baptism-y as the family is not TOO religious and I think a childs bible or cross or rosary will just collect dust and be meaningless.

Also, another gift T3 got was a small personalized jewlery box, not sure if it was a girl or boy you said but just another idea
