Northhillsbride--I agree with a lot of what you said here. They need to come clean about the sex abuse, punish the people who need to be punished and come up with a plan to prevent future cases. I would like to see female priests. Who says women
I would be all for married priest.
DH is Russian Orthodox which is way more conservative and old school than the Roman Catholic Church. But, in order for a priest to have a parish, they must be married. There are unmarried priest but they are not
