As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Nanny Rec?
Hi all,
A family member recently moved to Pittsburgh and is looking for some child care help. Does anyone know of a reliable nanny who would be available to care for 2 children (2, 6) in the Mt. Lebanon area?
The schedule would need to be flexible and change bi-weekly or monthly and may include some late night/overnight shifts. Any leads are appreciated.
Or if any of you have any tips on how to go about finding a nanny, I would really appreciate it.

We just started with one this week. I posted ads on care.com, sittercity.com and CraigsList. We received around 10 responses and narrowed it down to 3 (either because of the pay we were offering or availability, etc.). Then we interviewed those 3.
