infant support for stroller

OK, so I know these types of things are a no no for car seats since they go between baby and the car seat, but what about for a stroller?  We *finally* picked out a stroller that is usable with our car seat, but it can also be used from infant to toddler w/o the car seat.  I'm thinking if we want to use the stroller w/o the car seat that it might be helpful to have an infant support to keep LO from moving around in there too much, but I'm concerned about the safety.  WWGPMD?

  • I think they are safe as long as you can keep an eye on them. You might not need it though. At this point we still put Evan in his carseat in the stroller. By the time he rides in the stroller without his seat I doubt he will need a head positioner. Even

  • I don't think you would need one in the stroller if you recline the back all the way for infant use. Baby would still be strapped in, so movement would be minimized anyway. The head supports are more for when they are sitting up somewhat like in the car s

  • When I put Rachael in the stroller I recline it all the way and she doesn't need a head support.
