Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

If you have granite countertops
Do you find that they scratched easily when you first had them installed? Ours went in on Weds. and weren't really used until this weekend (because the tile installer was there doing our backsplash). We haven't even cooked in the kitchen since they went in, but just setting dishes on top of them is scratching the crap out of them. This seems wrong -- I thought granite was popular because it was durable!? I know you can't cut directly on it, but I didn't think setting a small cereal bowl onto it would scratch it!

I guess it's possible some were from the installer, but in the case of the cereal bowl it was directly under the bowl and appeared to be from that. I don't know, it's so weird! I was there when the installer was, and didn't notice him setting anything
