Our house went under contract on Wednesday 3/13. Our buyers had their home inspection yesterday. They stayed at the house for about 2.5 hours, and then left. My question for you is: How long did your home inspection take, and how many days did it take for you to get the results?

  • When we bought our house the inspection took about 2.5 to 3 hours and the inspector went over his results right then and there.  However, I think we took another day to compile what we wanted to go back to the seller and ask for.  I think it was

  • Our buyers had an inspection that lasted about 3 hours.  Our agent stayed at the house while it was done and she said he went over EVERYTHING.  It took them 3 or 4 days to get back to us with repair requests.  The total was only about $800
