Today was DH's birthday so I made a beef stew and noodles.  There is cake but we didn't have time before work so that will be tomorrow :)

  • I made this creamy Tortellini recipe. I added some garlic powder and used canned diced tomatoes instead of fresh. It was VERY good.

  • I didn't bother to cook anything tonoight.  DH is out at a work dinner tonight and DD totally pigged out at lunch, so I knew she wouldn't eat much for dinner.  I made DD some noodles to munch on with shredded carrots and strawberry yogurt.&nb

  • Rotisserie chicken with Swiss chard on the side. It was my first time making Swiss chard and it was yummy. It was the bright lights one so it was really colorful too.

  • Wow I'm impressed with how many of you ladies cook real dinners on a week night! The most I ever do on a week night is tacos, sloppy joes, burgers, or pasta and jar sauce :)  And I consider even those successful cooking!
