Would you find it weird if...
5+ houses were for sale on a very very rural road?
We are starting a search for a second purchase--It will be owner occupied though & we are renting our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom to the inlaws who just moved here to be closer to the girls. I don't even want to get into how I feel like Im a walking talking episode of house hunters already, but I was just wondering if anyone had an opinion on this.
I think it's kind of weird..H doesn't (he really wants 1 of those houses) and the realtor hasn't responded yet (but we know her personally so I'll talk to her Wed anyways).
I just think that's ALOT of sales. It's hard to say how many houses the road has on it, but a quick zillow shows about 40 on the main road (and then 3 communities accessible off of the main road--the main road is not even lined). It is about 45mins from 'town' and 55mins from the other part of our 'town'
Am I overlooking a reason that this could be happening? I guess my mindset is slightly in the whole, "if they all want out..why do we want in!" mode!

I would check in with the town or your realtor should. When we were looking at a house there were two really cute houses on the market next to each other. then a third came up for sale. The road only had 20 houses on it I thought it was really fishy so
