Only 30 minutes with hiring manager- tips please
My neighbor has a 3rd interview with a company later this week, but it's the first one with the actual hiring manager. Because of scheduling and traveling (?) she'll only have the guy's attention for 30 minutes as oppose to an hour she had been originally scheduled for.
She's looking for tips on maximizing her time and opportunity for a good impression. I'm not sure what to tell her other than the basics but I knew I could come here for good tips.
I've covered the basics on professional dress, good eye-sight/hand shake, promptness. What about actual conversation content? Any good take aways I can give her?
