H and I have found a house that we want to put an offer on!
We're going to look at it again tonight with our parents and a family friend to get their "approval"... both of our dads and our friend have construction/building experience, so they'll be looking to make sure everything checks out, in case H and I missed something. And we also want to ask them about some renovation projects we would want to do eventually.
Then begins the dreaded negotiation process, assuming everything goes well tonight.
I'm so excited but so anxious. I know so much can still go wrong, and I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much. Some of those famous positive Nestie vibes would be appreciated

So excited for you both. The home buying process is tedious, at best. But as long as you realize that this isn't going to happen overnight, and it probably isn't going to go exactly as you dream, it will be worth it in the end.
