Beth: Were you able to make some healthy choices this weekend even with going out with your brother and friends? What are your plans for this week for healthy eating and exercise?

Kim: Welcome!!! When are you planning on signing up for WW? Will you do online or go to meetings? YAY for getting cleared for working out! Is there anything you love to do for exercise?
Nicki: Did you get a walk in this weekend? I saw your post on Menu Monday, and I'm interested in knowing where you found Chipotle copy cat recipes, I love Chipotle! Also, thank you so much for sharing your exercise routine, I need to read into it a bit, and maybe I'll try something this week!
Melissa: Do you have a workout plan for this week? Since your most challenging time of day for food is nighttime, would creating a "cut off time" for yourself be helpful? Or maybe try brushing your teeth/flossing about and hour before you go to bed, then you won't want to eat anything since 1. it won't taste good and 2. you won't want to brush your teeth again before bed!

Carey: Nice job on getting walks in during your breaks! How can we help you prepare better so that you get breakfast in every day?

No walk again this weekend. H is a reluctant workout partner. We're working on it, but he can drag me down pretty easy because the couch is wonderful.
