i hope I don't hear crickets.
I am just wondering your thoughts.
I had a job interview two weeks ago, and then another followup interview on friday. The one on Friday was very brief, I was only scheduled in for 30 minutes nad had to meet with two people-- also I think I bombed it, so I tried to make up for it with great thank you letters highlighting my strengths.
I am hoping my great first interview, along with my thank you and my education background being a perfect fit, plus having a family as an employee of the company for 40 years will help me secure the job. but I have no idea.
When do you htink its ok to followup? I know for the first round they interviewed 6 people, I assume for followups maybe 3. They said I was the first on friday, so I assume that the other 2 are this week. She said they should know within a week.
Do you think that if i don't hear back by next Friday the 29th, its ok to followup early in the week after?
I amso anxious about getting and offer, plus if i get it I need to give 2-3 weeks notice at work, and its a small company, an dmy boss is going to be gone by the 2nd week of April- so i hope I hear before then!

Thanks! I think she had a couple interviews this week so she is making a decision later this week or early next? So that is why I figured following up on teh 1st or 2nd, there is an HR person involved that I believe i do all my communication thro
