I called Merry Maids and they said the initial deep cleaning of the house will be $85 an hour and it'll take 3-4 hrs (probably 4). However I'm taking out the kitchen, since that room isn't done yet and the babys' room because it just got furniture so there is no point. It's spotless. So maybe that'll knock it down to 3 hours.
Anyway, does that seem like a lot of money? Obviously if they keep coming back it'll be less but this is just their initial. Keep in mind me did construction so there is dust EVERYWHERE. Just not sure if its worth it or if I can do better?

How many cleaners are they including in the price? Also, do you have lots of furniture to move to wipe down baseboards?

Oh, this includes 2 cleaners. They will dust/wash the ceiling fans, all the blinds, the tops of window sills, dust, vacuum, wash hardwood floors, baseboards etc. Essentially they start at the top of the room and work their way down. The living room/din
