  No. I was certified in it AGES ago when I was a camp counselor, but that certification's only good for a year, and to be honest, I don't htink I'd trust myself to remember how to do it without a refersher course anyway.

  I learned it when I was in 7th grade but the proper way to give CPR has changed since then so I'm out of date.

  Yes. I've been certified on and off since I was 17, and my current employer requires me to be certified with a refresher every other year.

  I was certified in high school.  I remember some of it, but probably old enough to do more harm than good.  When we get serious about babies, I want both of us to redo the course.

  I was certified a few years ago for coaching.  I haven't renewed it.  I am sure that I could still do it if there was an actual emergency though.
