how to bring up my husband's weight gain
before we got married my husband and I agreed that we would let the other person know if they had put on weight and then help them lose it.
Since October my husband has gained about 5-10 pounds in his stomach (it looks like a mini beer gut) which isn't a huge amount but none of his pants fit anymore.
He isn;t really motivated to exercise but I'd do it with him if need be.
How can I bring it up gently? Obviously I could just say "It looks like you've put on a few pounds recently. Maybe we should start working out together?"
