Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I have been so up and down lately and I'm embarrassed to even put all my emotions and problems out there and vent on everyone. Broke down at work today and am just a complete mess. Every time someone asks me "how are you" I just want to start crying all over again. Only three more hours and I can go home and climb in bed.

I agree with everyone so far. There is nothing to be ashamed of, but you do need to take your DH's and stop drinking quite so much. It is unhealthy for you in the long run, but it also could be even more of a potential problem because you do have kids.
