That's what I'm wondering- if the US would refuse to extradite her on the basis of US double jeopardy laws, since she's back here and obviously wouldn't return to Italy willingly to sit the same trial.

I read an intriguing article in Rolling Stone a few years ago while the trial was going on that really made me think she was innocent. I have a friend that is "so sure" she is guilty. Her opinion is based on a gut feeling. L
