I ordered pants, a shirt and a sweater vest for Adam for Easter 2weeks ago Mon.
it took 4days to get a shipped email from Gymboree and they did say sorry for the delay and gave me a code for 10% off more stuff- whoo hoo. ![]()
well the NEXT day when the tracking info was availible from FedEx it said estimated delivery was 3/25. ugh. ok.
So when it didn't come yesterday, I went to check the tracking again. It says it was DELIVERED by the POST OFFICE on SATURDAY?!
So I start looking back an it says on tracking that it was handed ot the post office on Friday early am. then that they Attempted delivery at 9am. on the tracking info it says go to post office or call to reschedule a delivery. ok Well, it didnt' need signed for so I am not sure why they didn't just leave it like they usually do. But THEN they also did not leave a post it or anything telling us they had it. I would have only known by checking the tracking. Then it says it was Delivered Sat at 2. I was here all day Sat.
Maybe they delivered to the wrong house and those people didnt take it back or drop it off here and its sitting in their house, but it IS NOT at the Post office. ![]()
and his only reply was. "well it says it was delivered, i don't have it, I can ask the driver from Sat if they remember delivering it"
I called Fed Ex who says- "well it went to the post office because it was sent smart post and that is how it works. We cant do anything for you since it was handed to the post office. they will just keep saying they dont have it. call gymboree."
SO I call Gymboree. I was on hold 5 min- then took the option to leave a message. told them the deal and left all my info and" should get a call backwithin 1 business day..."
So in the mean time I am out $54 ( and that was with a sale and coupon) and have 4 days to find and wash Easter clothes for Adam.![]()

That's awful! I would keep calling gymboree. I know it's not their fault directly but that's their chosen way of shipping and if it goes wrong they should know about it. At the very least they should get you your money back, if not qu
I know. I totally agree, that is why I called them too not to mention this shipping seems to take a really long time and I am wondering if the reason they were so backed up with calls was people complaining that they wont get thier clothes on time.&nbs

Welcome to the land of free shipping and Smartpost! Smartpost sucks. FedEx and UPS bulk drop to your post office then the package is delivered by your mailman. FedEx is investing millions on this shipping method. Really, to me, it has become

its possible it was delivered to somebody else but with the holiday maybe they are out of town? I'd probably drive around the neighborhood and see if any package
