Will you be my personal shopper?
OK, I had an overwhelming moment this morning when I realized I have just 10 days to finish buying and shipping ALL my Christmas packages and shop and pack for our Christmas trip to Germany (we're there to visit DH's family.)
Yikes.
So, you guys have helped in the past with some gift giving ideas, so I thought I'd try again. Here's who I'm desperately shopping for
1. A gift for my assistant- want to spend $25 on real gift, not gift card if possible. She's a law student by night, age 25.
2. Spanish in-laws- Once again, DH"s family in Spain is sooo difficult to shop for. They MUST have labels (they loved the Tiffany candlesticks and Gucci wine stoppers we got them) in order to feel a gift is special enough. We don't want to spend more than $150.
3. My mom. She's tricky- no real hobbies or interests. Not a clothes person. I have no idea. She also has a birthday a week from today. Ugh. Probably will spend $50 or so on her.
4. DH's cousines- we normally get them smaller gifts, but since we'll be in Germany and their mom is struggling with cancer right now, I'd like to get them something nice. They're twins, both 33 with long term boyfriends. I don't know them well, but they are really nice and fashionable. $30 or so.
5. Rob's aunt- She is undergoing chemo now in Germany. We bought her a big comfy bathrobe, but anything else you can think of?
