Travel planning help needed
I know there are travel sites where you can plug in your travel destination without any dates, and it will tell you when you should travel there to get the best prices. Can you do the opposite? i.e. if you know when you want to travel, but you don't know where... and you want the site to tell you what deals are available for a particular week (not the current week, but a future week)?

I think you might be able to do that on Luxury Link, though you may have to start with a continent to begin your search.
Most of the things on LL have a huge window of availability though.
I used to skim the listings at Travelzoo regularly. Again, you have to start with a continent or region, but if I remember right, the dates were usually listed in the heading.
