Ok, so first question:
Is it normal not to have gained any weight yet? I've actually lost 5-6 lbs since the beginning (and have not had morning sickness, just some nausea and food aversions). I've been trying to keep eating throughout the day, and feel like I'm eating as much as I normally do, but I am having a hard time eating that extra few hundred calories that pregnant women are supposed to get. I just always feel like I'm overeating when I try. So I've just been eating when I'm hungry.
Second question:
I am a little nervous about how much weight I will gain by the end of this pregnancy. I've heard of women gaining 60 or more lbs, which is way more than the 20-25 lbs that the doctor suggests, and I don't want that much weight for two reasons: I have bad knees and I'd be terrified to look at the scale. How much weight did you gain, and has it come off easily (if you've already had baby)?
Re: Two FF-Questions Re: Weight Gain
First off, try not to worry too much about the weight gain and just try to be healthy. If you are eating a healthy balanced diet and doing light exercise then your body will gain what it needs to...whether that is 20lbs or 60lbs.

Everybody is different and most important is just that you're maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle. If you are, try not to focus on the numbers on the scale and trust that your body will do what it needs to in order to make sure you and baby

Thank you ladies!
It's good to hear that it only takes a few months to come off, and I know that BFing has a lot to do with that (which I will be doing). I guess I just anticipated gaining 60 lbs then only losing part of that after baby was born
I didn't gain much till the end.
I gained almost 50lbs and was miserable at the end but I am down almost 40lbs at 12 weeks out. Only 10 more to go.
I would not be worried about a lack of weight gain at this point.
I gained 50 with DS. I did not watch what I ate nor did I really exercise like I should have. I lost it by 6 months and have since lost another 15lbs. I worked my a$$ o

I agree with the others - dont worry too much about weight and listen to your doctor.

1- totally normal to not have gained any weight yet. just make healthy food choices and make sure you are eating a variety of foods including protein, calcium, fruits and veggies, and you should be fine!
2- don't worry too much about
I tried to be very vigilant about my weight gain during pregnancy and give or take a couple growth spurts and slower weeks I was perfectly "textbook" according to my doctor until around 33 weeks when I started getting ridiculously swollen. My aim was 3
